I Can’t Access My Personal Email at Work

Overview

Use this article if you are trying to access training at work but your account is tied to a personal email that cannot be accessed on your organization’s network.


Some organizations restrict access to personal email accounts on work devices or networks. If your account uses a personal email, you may not be able to receive your sign-in link while at work.


Resolution

To resolve this, you will need to contact Support to update your account email to your work email address.


Step-by-step workflow

  1. Select the Help icon (headset) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Submit a ticket.
  3. Choose Report an issue.
  4. In your request, include:
    • Your current (personal) email address
    • Your new (work) email address
    • Reason for the change (e.g., unable to access personal email at work)
  5. Submit the ticket.

What Happens Next?

  • A Support agent will assist with updating your account email.
  • You will be notified once the update is complete.

Important Notes

  • Ensure your updated email is accessible in your primary training environment.
  • You can still add your personal email as your backup email if desired
