Why is the platform interface in another language, but the course content is still in English?

Modified on Wed, 1 Apr at 11:23 AM

When you change your profile language, it updates the platform interface (menus, buttons, and system messages). The training content(courses, videos, webinars, and quizzes) is created separately and is not automatically translated.

At this time:

·        ✅ The platform interface supports multiple languages

·        ❌ Most course content is available only in English unless a translated version was created

As a result, you may be able to navigate the platform in another language (e.g., German) while the course content remains in English.

What you can do

·        Look for a translated course: Some courses may have a separate version available in another language, listed as its own course.

·        Use browser translation: Your browser’s built‑in translation tool can help translate on‑screen text.

·        Check captions or transcripts: Some courses may offer these in additional languages.

Looking ahead

If training in another language is important to you, please share this feedback with your regional training team. Course translations depend on whether localized versions are created and published.
